Ascend in love is the the enduring theme in adventuring whether in solo or shared explorations.   I believe that being present in the play of life, intimately connecting with self, others and the environs is the ultimate key to and celebration of health and happiness.  In saying, being and doing love we add layers of exuberance to our own story and possibilities for our planet home.  Our shadow side is a friend in stride with us, a reminder to progress forward in adding enduring love, truth, beauty while learning from but not allowing shame, guilt and fear to rule.
